基本方針

個人情報は個人の重要な財産です。
ケイライントラベル株式会社では、旅行業を行うために、直接収集した個人情報ならびに委託された個人情報を取り扱っています。
ケイライントラベル株式会社で業務に従事する全ての社員等は、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを遵守し、個人情報を正確かつ安全に取扱うことにより、お客様並びに社員等の情報を守り、その信頼に応えなければならないと考えております。

１．適正な取得: 皆様の個人情報は、ご本人に利用目的をお知らせするとともに、適正な手段により取得いたします。
２．個人情報の利用: 皆様の個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲において取扱う措置を講じ、その範囲を超えての目的外利用はいたしません。また、目的外利用をしないための措置を講じます。利用目的の範囲を超えて、個人情報を利用する必要が生じた場合は、その旨をあらかじめご連絡し、同意をいただいた上で利用いたします。
３．個人情報の提供: あらかじめ、皆様からの同意をいただいている場合、及び法令等に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に対して提供いたしません。ただし、個人情報を扱う業務を他に委託する場合があります。この場合、委託先に対する個人情報保護の契約を締結し、適正な取扱いが行われるよう管理・監督いたします。
４．安全管理措置: お預かりした個人情報は、必要な安全管理措置を講じ、不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失又はき損等を防止するとともに是正に努めてまいります。
５．法令等の遵守: 個人情報に関して適用される法令、国が定める指針及びその他の規範を遵守するとともに、本方針並びに社内規程を整備し、適切な運用が実施されるよう管理します。
６．継続的改善: 事業内容の変化および事業を取り巻く社会環境・法令・情報技術の変化等に対応して、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムの見直しを行い、継続的な改善に努めてまいります。
７．苦情及びご相談及び開示等への対応に関すること。: 個人情報に関する苦情やご相談、及び利用目的の通知、開示、訂正等、利用停止等に関するご質問・お問合せにつきましては、誠実かつ迅速な対応を行うよう努めてまいります。以下のお問合せ窓口までお寄せください。

個人情報の取扱いについて

ケイライントラベル株式会社は、お客様及び社員等の個人情報を、個人情報保護方針に基づき、次の通り取扱います。

１．個人情報の利用目的について

個人情報は、以下の目的に利用させて頂きます。

１）お客様の個人情報: （a）弊社が直接、ご本人から取得した個人情報
　　　・旅行または出張の手配
（b）（a）に関連する企画提案から、見積、受注、請求等の業務
（c）キルトの部屋メンバーズクラブ会員の個人情報
　　　・情報誌「キルトの部屋」のお届け（不定期）
　　　・メールマガジンの配信（月に１回）
　　　・キャンペーンのお知らせ
（d）ホームページからのお問い合わせ
　　　お問い合わせ・ご質問等にお答えするため
２）株主に関する個人情報: （a）商法に基づく権利の行使・義務の履行
（b）各種便宜の供与（各種株主優待制度等）
（c）法令に基づく株主管理（株主データ作成等）
３）社員等の個人情報（下記、　４）を除く個人情報: 社員等の雇用管理（給与・税務管理、健康管理、年金・保険管理及び連絡等）
４）社員等及び社員等の扶養家族の特定個人情報: 源泉徴収表作成事務、健康保険・厚生年金保険届出事務、雇用保険・労災保険届出事務、持ち株会に関する事務、国民年金の第三号被保険者の届出事務
５）当社が支払調書作成の対象となる支払先の特定個人情報: 報酬・料金等の支払調書作成事務
６）採用応募者に関する個人情報: 採用情報等の提供・連絡及び採用業務
７）監視カメラによる映像の個人情報: 防犯、防災に係る業務

２．個人情報の提供

あらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
但し、法令による場合、及び生命、身体、財産等に重大な危険を及ぼす場合で、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合は除きます。なお、特定個人情報については、番号法第19条に当てはまる場合以外では、第三者に提供いたしません。

３．個人情報の委託

業務の一部を外部に委託する際は、個人情報を適切に保護できる体制を敷き、実行していることを条件に委託先を厳選し、機密保持契約を締結し、適切な管理・監督のもとで委託を行います。

４．個人情報提供の任意性

ご自身の個人情報を弊社に提供されるか否かは、ご自身のご判断によりますが、ご提供頂けない場合には、上記、利用目的のサービスが提供できない場合がありますので予めご了承ください。

５．苦情及びご相談、及び個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、訂正等（訂正、追加又は削除）、利用停止等（利用停止、消去又は第三者への提供）について

個人情報に関する苦情やご相談、及びご本人から、開示対象個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、訂正等（訂正、追加又は削除）、利用停止等（利用停止、消去又は第三者への提供）のご請求があった場合、ご本人であることを確認させて頂いた上で、速やかに対応させて頂きます。尚、ご要望にお応えできない場合は、ご本人に遅滞なくその旨をお知らせするとともに、理由を説明いたします。

"K" LINE TRAVEL, LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is committed to process the Personal Data of the Data Subject living in the EEA（European Economic Area）, in accordance with the following policies.

1. Personal Data: In this Privacy Policy, Personal Data means any data which are able to identify natural person (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subject")., including but not limited to his or her name, address, telephone number, mail address, company name, family members, birth date, sex, passport number, credit card numbers, school career, work experience, medical history, records of travel abroad, wages, qualification, nationality.
2. The purpose of the Processing of the Personal Data in the Company: The Personal Data is possessed by the Company for the purposes as follows:
- Travel arrangement,
- Communication and implementation of measures which are necessary for business management
- Communication and implementation of measures which are necessary for corporate public relations, such as responding to inquiries
- Managing customer relationships
3. Legal Grounds for Using the Personal Data: The Company relies on the following legal grounds to process Personal Data:
Consent - Provision of Personal Data from the Data Subjects is necessary for the purposes listed above, as applicable, and without such provision, the Company may not provide appropriate services to, or fulfil necessary obligations under contracts with Data Subjects. Data Subjects may withdraw their consent to this processing at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal of the consent.
Performance of a contract - The Company may need to collect and use Personal Data to enter into a contract with Data Subject or to perform obligations under a contract with them.
Legitimate interest - The Company may use Personal Data for our legitimate interests.
Compliance with law or regulation - The Company may use Personal Data as necessary to comply with applicable law/regulation.
4. Transfers: Personal Data may be transferred to entities in countries or jurisdictions outside the EEA such as Japan. Please note that such countries or jurisdictions may not have the same data protection laws as the EEA and would not afford many of the rights conferred upon data subjects in the EEA.
5. Rights of the Data Subject: The Data Subject may request from the Company access to, rectification or erasure of, restriction of, receipt of or transmission to third parties of the processing of the Personal Data. The Data Subject may object to the data protection authorities with jurisdiction over the Company or the location of the Data Subject’s domicile with regard to the processing of the Personal Data.

7. Compliance with applicable laws: With respect to the processing of the Personal Data, the Company shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and related laws and regulations, and shall observe the guidelines of competent government agencies and industry guidelines.
8. Retention Period: The Company shall retain the Personal Data as long as the Company require such data to provide the services to the Data Subject, but shall promptly delete the same in the case that such data is no longer necessary.
9. Safety management measures: With respect to the processing of the Personal Data, the Company shall properly take organizational safety management measures, and technical safety management measures.
10. Continuous improvement in the management system.: The Company shall regularly, continuously and flexibly revise the management system and rules according to the changes in technology and applicable law. The Company shall actively work towards the protection of the Personal Data by continuously improving the management system on a timely basis and in an appropriate manner.
11. Amendment to the " Privacy Policy": The Company may amend the Privacy Policy by publishing the amended Privacy Policy on the Company’s website without any individual notice to the Data Subject.

同意-情報主体からの個人情報の提供を受けられない場合、当社は情報主体との契約上に義務を達成出来ないことがあります。よって、個人情報の取扱いについて、情報主体との同意に基づいて処理します。
契約-当社は、契約に基づいて契約上の義務を履行するにあたり、個人情報を処理します。
合法な興味-－会社は私達の合法な興味のためのパーソナルデータを使うことができる。
正当な利益-当社は正当な利益を得るために個人情報を処理する場合がある
法令順守-当社は法令を遵守するために個人情報を処理する場合がある
4.情報の移転: 個人情報を、EEA以外の国（日本など）へ、適法の範囲で、移転することがあるが、移転先の国が、EEAと同じレベルの個人情報に関する法律が整っていない場合もありうることを知っていてください。
5.情報主体の権利: 情報主体は、当社からのアクセス、情報の修正または消去、利用の制限、受領について、当社に請求することができます。
